1. Range: At all HDBank’s branches & transaction offices.

2. Target Customers: Corporate Customers.

3. Benefits:

+ Benefit 1: Preferential fees package

• Give 10,000,000 VND for new corporate customers.

• Give 3,000,000 VND for corporate customers reactivating accounts that have no transactions.

+ Benefit 2: Unlimited preferential fees package

       • Give 3,000,000 VND for corporate customer introducing a new corporate customer successfully.

4. Terms:

+ Each customer participating in the program is provided with only one preferential fee package.

+ The preferential fees package can be used for paying services fees incurred during the transactions until the balance of package is 0 VND.

+ Preferential Fees Package is applicable for the following services (*):

• Account Service Fees.

• Cash Management Service Fees.

• Treasury Services Fees.

• International Remittance and Trade Finance Service Fees.
